Using House Hub

House Hub is a property information and organization tool. It is designed to help users keep property details, records, photos, documents, and maintenance history in one place.

User accounts

• Users should notify House Hub promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

User content and property data

Users can upload property data such as addresses, notes, photos, documents, receipts, warranties, maintenance records, and timelines. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload, for keeping it up to date, and for making sure they have the right to store or share it through House Hub.

Acceptable use

• Do not use House Hub for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not upload content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Do not use the service to transmit malware, spam, or fraudulent content.

Subscriptions and billing

House Hub may offer paid subscription plans. Pricing, billing, and renewal details will be clearly presented within the app or website at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through Apple, Google, or third-party providers such as Stripe.

No property, legal, or financial advice

House Hub is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, property valuation, lending advice, inspection advice, or compliance guidance. Users should rely on qualified professionals when advice is needed.

Availability and changes

House Hub can be updated, modified, or improved over time. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Termination

House Hub can suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or creates security or operational risk. Users can also stop using the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valor Apps, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of House Hub.
